Cisco Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephony call monitoring system

Features...Tracks call details such as:...

-Start time of call
-Start date of call
-Caller’s telephone number
-Caller’s name (if call made internally)
-Destination number
-End time
-End date
-Duration in seconds

Call information is stored in a Microsoft Access database (one record per call) which the user can then report on using either Microsoft Access itself, or through any mechanism that can attach to Access files (i.e. ODBC, Excel, etc.)
